In these Terms, “Elite International Talent”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to UAB Elite International Talent.

“You”, “your” or “user” refers to any person accessing or using the website or submitting information through it.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Nature of Our Services

Elite International Talent provides information, guidance and support relating to international higher education and student mobility, including opportunities for Filipino students interested in studying in Lithuania and elsewhere in Europe.

Depending on the service requested, our assistance may include:

• academic and program guidance;
• university and program selection;
• application preparation and coordination;
• document preparation guidance;
• immigration and visa-process guidance;
• accommodation coordination;
• pre-departure orientation;
• arrival and initial integration support;
• student mentoring and related support;
• information about scholarships and funding opportunities; and
• other services expressly agreed with the student or client.

The specific services provided to a student are determined by the applicable service agreement, package description, quotation or other written agreement between the parties.

Information on this website is general information and does not by itself constitute a contract for a particular service.

3. No Guarantee of Admission, Scholarship or Immigration Approval

Use of our services does not guarantee:

• admission to any university;
• acceptance into any particular academic program;
• receipt of a scholarship or tuition waiver;
• issuance of a visa or residence permit;
• approval by a government authority;
• accommodation availability;
• employment or work opportunities; or
• any particular academic or professional outcome.

University admission decisions are made by the relevant educational institution.

Scholarship decisions are made by the relevant university or scholarship provider.

Immigration and visa decisions are made by the competent governmental authorities.

We may assist with preparation and coordination, but we do not control decisions made by universities, embassies, consulates, migration authorities or other third parties.

4. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and current.

However, university programs, tuition fees, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, immigration requirements, accommodation availability and other information may change.

You should verify important requirements with the relevant university or competent authority before making a final decision.

Where we provide information based on third-party sources, we do not guarantee that such information will remain unchanged.

5. University Relationships

Elite International Talent may work with or facilitate applications to Lithuanian universities and other educational institutions.

The inclusion of a university, program or institution on our website or in our materials does not mean that the institution endorses every statement made on this website unless expressly stated.

Where we identify a university as a partner or cooperating institution, that description should be understood only in relation to the specific cooperation or arrangement in place.

University admission remains subject to the institution’s own requirements and procedures.

6. Fees and Payments

Some information and activities provided through the website may be free of charge, including certain information sessions, webinars or initial consultations.

Other services may be subject to fees.

Where a paid service is offered, the applicable price, scope of services, payment schedule and refund conditions will be communicated before the service is purchased and, where applicable, incorporated into a separate Student Service Agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• university tuition is paid directly to the relevant university;
• government visa or immigration fees are paid as required by the relevant authority;
• third-party accommodation, travel, insurance and similar costs are the responsibility of the student unless otherwise agreed; and
• Elite International Talent fees relate only to the services expressly included in the relevant service agreement.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students using our services are responsible for:

• providing accurate and complete information;
• providing genuine and valid documents;
• promptly informing us of material changes;
• meeting university deadlines;
• meeting payment obligations;
• complying with university rules;
• complying with Lithuanian and EU laws;
• complying with applicable immigration requirements;
• maintaining valid travel and immigration documents;
• maintaining appropriate insurance where required;
• providing accurate information concerning previous immigration history; and
• following reasonable instructions relating to their application and preparation.

We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information supplied by a student or third party.

8. Minors

Where a student is under the applicable age of legal majority or contractual capacity, additional parental or guardian consent may be required.

Where appropriate, we may require:

• parental or guardian identification;
• written consent;
• signatures on relevant agreements; and
• emergency contact information.

We may refuse to proceed with services where required parental or guardian consent has not been obtained.

9. Immigration and Visa Information

Information provided by Elite International Talent regarding immigration, visas, residence permits or work rights is intended as guidance and administrative support.

It is not a substitute for advice or decisions from the competent immigration authority, embassy, consulate or qualified legal professional.

Immigration rules can change.

Students remain responsible for complying with the immigration conditions applicable to their individual circumstances.

10. Accommodation and Third-Party Services

Where we assist with accommodation, travel, insurance, transportation or other third-party services, such services may be supplied by independent providers.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Elite International Talent does not own or control those providers.

Third-party terms, availability, pricing and cancellation policies may apply.

We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate services but cannot guarantee third-party performance.

11. Employment and Work Opportunities

Where we provide information or assistance concerning employment or part-time work, such information is subject to applicable Lithuanian law and the student’s immigration status.

We do not guarantee employment.

Students must not undertake work that is prohibited by their immigration status or applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, logos, images, presentations, downloadable materials and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Elite International Talent.

You may access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• reproduce substantial portions of the website;
• distribute our materials commercially;
• modify or create derivative versions;
• remove copyright or ownership notices;
• reproduce our presentations for commercial purposes; or

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• war;
• terrorism;
• epidemics or pandemics;
• government action;
• changes in law or immigration policy;
• diplomatic restrictions;
• civil unrest;
• strikes;
• major technological failures; or
• significant disruption of transportation or communication systems.

We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of such circumstances.
